Tybee Island celebrates Spring and this coming weekend is full of great events! Our little barrier island is well known as a wonderful place to relax and to get away from it all and it’s also a place where arts and culture, ecology and quality of life is honored, as well. This weekend you’re invited to enjoy the Natural Retreats at Tybee Joy Vacations and to support fund raising for our historic Tybee Post Theater, animal rescue, Diabetes research, Girl Scouts, Breast Cancer research, our sea turtles, and mobility issues. These are all very important issues for our community and you’ll have lots of choices to enjoy wine, song, good eats and the arts, too!
2015 Tybee Wine Festival
The 7th Annual Tybee Wine Festival is our annual springtime celebration of wine and coastal dining to support the restoration of our Tybee Post Theater. From Wednesday, April 22, through Sunday, April 26, come delight in five days of international wines, fine food, and live music across the island.

Also on Saturday, come have fun at the 11th annual 5K beach run/walk while raising money for the Tybee Sea Turtle Project.
