How We Represent You And Your Home
Tybee Joy Vacation Rentals takes great pride in offering honest, “hands-on”, caring management of your home. We offer a 24/7 365 days a year state of the art reservation system with online reservations and an owner’s portal for access to owner’s statements and to make reservations for their own use.
We have a toll free number and professional answering services for guests to access the help that they need before their stay or during their stay. All credit cards are accepted. Our reservation system links directly to Quick Books through a web connector for accurate accounting and bookkeeping for our secure Escrow Account and Operating Account and publishing of your Owner Statements.
We also offer a damage protection plan to cover accidental damages. We collect all state and local taxes and file those returns monthly on your behalf with Tybee Island and the State of Georgia.
We do require all of our renter’s to sign and agree to our rental terms. This provides a clear explanation of what is expected of the renter in your home. Each guest is sent a customized Welcome Letter with details of check in and check out procedures, along with local activities, restaurants, parking information and other information for Tybee Island. We also provide an information book in your home with local information, medical information, grocery stores, etc.
Photography is the “eye candy” for all potential guests. Let’s face it, photos sell. Tybee Joy uses a professional photographer to showcase your home. Take a look at our website and you will see that the photos are supreme!
We put a beautiful, colorful sign in your yard or on your property so that potential guests can see that your property is available for vacation rentals. We also put a “QR” code on our signs so that guests with smart phones can scan the QR code and will be automatically taken to our website. This is the latest technology for instant information.
We also offer in house design services to help you re-design your house or give you all the information you need to furnish your new vacation home for future rentals.
We collect feedback from guests on the condition of the rental to ensure proper maintenance of the rental and coordinate repairs and ensure they are performed in a timely fashion.
